"Egg Salad" Sandwich Filling

A delicious, healthy alternative to egg sandwiches!


  • 1 lb tofu, crushed
  • 2 tbsp chicken-style seasoning, or to taste
  • cup chopped olives
  • mayonnaise to moisten


  • Sauté the tofu with the Chicken-Style Seasoning.
  • Add the olives and mayonnaise. Cool.


Add leaf lettuce and sliced tomatoes to make it extra special.
