A delicious, healthy alternative to egg sandwiches!
- 1 lb. tofu, crushed
- 3 Tbsp Chicken-Style Seasoning, or to taste
- 1/3 cup chopped olives
- mayonnaise to moisten
- Sauté the tofu with the Chicken-Style Seasoning.
- Add the olives and mayonnaise. Cool.
- Add leaf lettuce and sliced tomatoes to make it extra special.
