Lentil Curry


2 cups lentils

1lb firm tofu cut in 1/2″ cubes

Chicken-Style Seasoning to taste

1 tsp granulated onion

1 Tbsp curry powder

Herbamare seasoning salt or salt to taste

1 cup mayonnaise


1. Cook the lentils in water until the water is almost absorbed.

2. Sauté the tofu with the chicken seasoning to taste.

3. Add the tofu to the lentils and then add the onion powder, curry powder, salt and mayonnaise. Heat through. Serve over rice with chopped peanuts, grated coconut and raisins.


This recipe is really good with baked bananas.
