Vegan Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 2-3 cup uncooked pasta shapes of your choice
- 2 large diced tomatoes
- 3 quarters bell pepper finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sliced onion
- ¼ cup chopped or sliced olives
- 1-2 tbsp herbamare seasoning salt
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta until it is soft though. (it shouldn't be too chewy). Throw in the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve cold.
