Spanish Rice Bake
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 28-oz tomatoes, can
- 1 cup quick brown rice
- 1 tsp chicken-style seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 2¼-oz olives, can
- Heat the tomatoes in a large saucepan. Add the rice and seasonings and simmer for 10 minutes, covered. Add some water if it becomes dry.
- Add the olives. Check the seasoning. Place in a 9" x 11" casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
