- 3 Tbsp carob powder
- 1 lb silken tofu
- a dribble of honey alternative
- 2 1/2 cups soy milk
- 1/4 cup Florida Crystals
- 1/4 Dari-Free milk powder (or other milk powder substitute)
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- Blend all ingredients together. Heat it over medium heat until it thickens.
- Place in a fondue bowl (or a crock pot works) to keep warm. Dip with cake and fruit.
Bananas and strawberries are great to dip in this recipe. Just make sure you cut the bananas last as they brown fast.
