Vegan Carob Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cup carob chips
- 1 cup nut butter
- 1 cup rinsed raisins
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Melt the carob and nut butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Put on a cookie sheet and freeze. Cut into 1" squares. Serve cold.
