1 cup water
1 Tbsp yeast
1 tsp. sucanat or honey alternative
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
2 1/2 cups flour (white or w.w.)
1. Dissolve the water, yeast and sweeter in a bowl.
2. Mix in another bowl, the flour and salt.
3. Mix in the oil, into the wet ingredients, stir and immediately add the dry ingredients.
4. Beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Roll into pan, 1/4 inch thick. Turn edges up. Brush with olive oil to seal. Bake at 450 for five minutes. Add toppings and bake 8-10 minutes longer.

Thin spread pizza sauce
big frank slices
sliced zucchini- baked or sauteed with herbamare
sliced eggplant- baked or sauteed with herbamare
stirps of almost any other veggie cooked appropriately: carrots, pepper, onion, etc.
