2 cups warm water
1/2 cup cashew pieces or blanched slivered almonds
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Herbamare seasoning salt
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1. Blend cashews with 1 cup water. When thoroughly blended add the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 4-6 minutes.
2. Pour into saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
