  • cup whole wheat flour
  • cup quick rolled oats
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • cup date sugar or sucanat
  • cup chopped nuts
  • cup flaked coconut
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup canola oil


  • Mix all the ingredients together.


May be made in quantity and stored for later.
