Vegan Fruit Salad

Great fruit salad that everyone can enjoy.


  • 4 bananas sliced
  • 1 20-oz pineapple chunks, canned drained
  • 2 kiwis sliced
  • 1 pint strawberries sliced
  • 1 mango cubed
  • ½ cantalope cubed
  • 1 15-oz sliced peaches, can drained
  • 2 15-oz fruit cocktail, can drained
  • ½ 12-oz white grape-peach juice concentrate, can partially thawed


  • Place all ingredients in a large container. Mix in the juice concentrate.
  • Serve cold.


Use strawberry fruit sauce instead of juice concentrate for a special variation.
