- 2 11-oz. cans mandarin sections
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups mandarin flavored gelatin
- Juice from mandarin sections plus water to make 3 1/3 cups
- Drain mandarins and set aside juice.
- Stir the Emes gelatin and boiling water until dissolved.
- Add the mandarin juice and the rest of the water. Pour into a pan and chill until partially set.
- Add the mandarin sections and chill completely.
