Vegan Mandarin Jell-O Dessert


  • 2 11-oz. cans mandarin sections
  • 2 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups mandarin flavored gelatin
  • Juice from mandarin sections plus water to make 3 1/3 cups


  1. Drain mandarins and set aside juice.
  2. Stir the Emes gelatin and boiling water until dissolved.
  3. Add the mandarin juice and the rest of the water. Pour into a pan and chill until partially set.
  4. Add the mandarin sections and chill completely.
