Vegan French Toast

One of my favorite breakfast foods, after going vegan I actually would dream of going to a restaurant seeing a stack of french toast and a sign that said "vegan."

Instructions
 

  • Liquify all ingredients together.
  • Dip bread slices in mixture. Leave the bread in the mixture longer for a more custardy texture.
  • Cook on a non-stick griddle or frying pan until brown on both sides medium to medium-high heat it will take maybe 3-5 min per side. Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup, and/or powder sugar and enjoy!

Notes

Tips:
The black salt and turmeric can be left out. This recipe made a lot of batter so for an individual, you might need to half the recipe or save the rest for later.
