Vegan Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup soy milk powder
  • cup cashews
  • cup seedless dates
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey alternative 
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions
 

  • Liquefy all the ingredients together except the whole pecans. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Arrange the whole pecans on top. Bake 1 hour at 350°F. Cover with foil for the last 15 minutes to stop from browning too much. (Sometimes it takes longer to bake).
