Vegan Lemon Yogurt Grapes

Ingredients
  

Liquify in blender:

  • 1 12-oz silken tofu
  • ½ 12-oz white grape juice concentrate, can
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup florida crystals
  • ½ tbsp lemon zest
  • tbsp potato flour
  • 2 qt seedless grapes stemmed, rinsed, and dried

Instructions
 

  • Liquefy in blender, all the ingredients, except the grapes. Pour into large bowl.
  • Just before serving, add: 2 quarts (3 pounds) Thompson seedless grapes, stemmed, rinsed, and dried
