Baked Oatmeal
A great way to start the day!
- 3 cup rolled oatmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup coconut
- ¾ cup chopped dates
- 3½ cup hot water
Mix the oats, salt, coconut and dates in a large, greased, casserole dish.
Stir in the water. Cover and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
Tips:
Be creative. Substitute pineapple chunks for the dates and try adding mandarin orange segments.
