Baked Oatmeal

A great way to start the day!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup rolled oatmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup coconut
  • ¾ cup chopped dates
  • cup hot water

Instructions
 

  • Mix the oats, salt, coconut and dates in a large, greased, casserole dish.
  • Stir in the water. Cover and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.

Notes

Tips: 
Be creative. Substitute pineapple chunks for the dates and try adding mandarin orange segments.
