Vegan Carrot Hotdogs

Perfect for the dog days of summer.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 large carrots
  • 8 vegan hotdog buns

Marinade:

  • Wash the carrots well leaving the peel on if you like to have a more realistic skin on the carrot dog. Or you can peel them too.
  • Roast the carrots in the oven for 15 minutes at 420°F.
  • Marinate the carrots in the marinade mixture for 15 minutes or until they are soft.
  • Reheat the dogs up to the desired temperature, place one in a bun, add condiments, and Enjoy!

Tips
After placing the carrots in the marinade you can refrigerate up to a week until you are ready to serve.
