Thai Ginger Tofu
Eat this delicious tofu dish with plain rice, vegan spring rolls, and stir fry.
Mix all ingredients together, except tofu.
Slice tofu to make tofu slices. Dry them with paper towel. Lay them in a large shallow baking dish. Cover with the ginger sauce and bake at 350°F until the juice has become thick and there is no water left- about 20 minutes to half an hour.
Use a spatula to transfer the tofu strips to a serving plate.
