Thai Ginger Tofu

Eat this delicious tofu dish with plain rice, vegan spring rolls, and stir fry.

  • Mix all ingredients together, except tofu.
  • Slice tofu to make tofu slices. Dry them with paper towel. Lay them in a large shallow baking dish. Cover with the ginger sauce and bake at 350°F until the juice has become thick and there is no water left- about 20 minutes to half an hour.
  • Use a spatula to transfer the tofu strips to a serving plate.
