Spanish Rice Bake

Ingredients

quick brown rice

chicken-style seasoning

olives, can
Instructions
Heat the tomatoes in a large saucepan. Add the rice and seasonings and simmer for 10 minutes, covered. Add some water if it becomes dry.
Add the olives. Check the seasoning. Place in a 9" x 11" casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
Notes
Tips:
Add some gluten or seasoned tofu cubes if desired. You may also like to add some diced green pepper for a different flavor.
