Ingredients

macaroni
in boiling, salted water

water

juice from canned tomatoes

soft tofu
rinsed and drained
½
cup
cashews
½
tsp
salt

tsp
herbamare seasoning salt

tsp
paprika

tbsp
nutritional yeast flakes

tsp
onion powder

cup
lemon juice

tbsp
potato meal

4-oz
sliced olives, can

qt
tomatoes
drained
Instructions
Cook the dry macaroni for 10 minutes and set aside.
Liquefy the water, tomato juice, tofu, cashews, salt, herbamare, paprika, yeast flakes, onion powder and lemon juice.
Add the potato meal and mix briefly.
Mix the mixture with the macaroni, sliced olives and drained tomatoes.
