Egg Salad Sandwich Filling
A delicious, healthy alternative to egg sandwiches!

Ingredients

firm tofu
, crushed

tbsp
chicken-style seasoning
, or to taste
⅓
cup
chopped olives
vegan mayonnaise
to moisten
Instructions
Sauté the tofu with the Chicken-Style Seasoning.
Add the olives and mayonnaise. Cool.

Tips:
Add leaf lettuce and sliced tomatoes to make it extra special.
