Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 tbsp unflavored vegan gelatin
½ cup water
1 cup boiling water
⅔ cup honey alternative
½ cup blanched slivered almonds
19 oz silken tofu
1 tbsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1½ cup mixture of ice cubes and cold water

Instructions

Soak water and gelatin in a blender for several minutes. Add the boiling water and mix briefly.
Add the honey, almonds, tofu and vanilla, salt and ice water.
Liquefy all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into ice cream freezer.
