Ingredients

unflavored vegan gelatin

water

boiling water

honey alternative

blanched
slivered almonds

silken tofu

vanilla

tsp
salt

mixture of ice cubes and cold water
Instructions
Soak water and gelatin in a blender for several minutes. Add the boiling water and mix briefly.
Add the honey, almonds, tofu and vanilla, salt and ice water.
Liquefy all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into ice cream freezer.
