Ingredients

mandarin sections, can
2½
cup
boiling water
1½
cup
mandarin flavored gelatin
juice from mandarin sections plus water to make 3⅓ cups
Instructions
Drain mandarins and set aside juice.
Stir the Emes gelatin and boiling water until dissolved.
Add the mandarin juice and the rest of the water. Pour into a pan and chill until partially set.
Add the mandarin sections and chill completely.
