Vegan Mandarin Jell-O Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 2 11-oz mandarin sections, can
  • cup boiling water
  • cup mandarin flavored gelatin
  • juice from mandarin sections plus water to make 3⅓ cups

Instructions
 

  • Drain mandarins and set aside juice.
  • Stir the Emes gelatin and boiling water until dissolved.
  • Add the mandarin juice and the rest of the water. Pour into a pan and chill until partially set.
  • Add the mandarin sections and chill completely.
