Vegan Carob Sauce

Ingredients

⅓ cup carob chips
½ cup sucanat
6 tbsp warm soy milk or non-dairy milk
½ tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

Liquefy all ingredients in a blender.

Tips:

Serve with ice cream or with puddings. Excellent over banana splits. Can also be used as a soft frosting.
