Carob Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Roma
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 cup carob chips

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together, except carob chips.
  • Melt carob chips in a double saucepan, or add ¼ cup boiling water, until smooth.
  • Add carob chips to blender. Blend thoroughly.
  • Pour mixture into a pie pan lined with graham cracker crust. Refrigerate.

Notes

Tips: 
Can also be frozen.
