Vegan Carob Fudge


  • 2 cup carob chips
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1 cup rinsed raisins
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup shredded coconut


  • Melt the carob and nut butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Put on a cookie sheet and freeze. Cut into 1" squares. Serve cold.
