Vegan Fruit Toast

Ingredients

can
frozen juice concentrate with 1 can water
3-5
tbsp
tapioca
(quick cook kind)

cup
frozen berries
(blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
2
cup
frozen or canned peaches or fruit cocktail
Instructions
Mix the juice and the tapioca and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the other ingredients and cook until boiling.
Notes
Tips:
Serve over toast with sliced bananas and nut butters.
