Apple-Oat Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup quick rolled oats
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup fine, unsweetened coconut
  • 2 cup applesauce or shredded fresh apples
  • cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey alternative 
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly and soak for 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Bake at 350°F in a covered casserole dish for 45-60 minutes.

Notes

Tips: 
VARIATIONS: Just before serving, fold in 1 cup of blueberries or blackberries.
