Ingredients

quick rolled oats

non-dairy milk powder

fine, unsweetened coconut

applesauce or shredded fresh apples

honey alternative

vanilla

raisins
Instructions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and soak for 30 minutes or overnight.
Bake at 350°F in a covered casserole dish for 45-60 minutes.

Tips:
VARIATIONS: Just before serving, fold in 1 cup of blueberries or blackberries.
