Ingredients

whole green beans, ends trimmed

slivered garlic

fresh lemon juice

water

salt

Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the oil of high heat. Add the beans and garlic and cook stirring 1 minute.
Add the lemon juice, water, and salt. Cook and stir until the water evaporates and the beans are soft about 4 minutes.
