Plant-Based Gravy, Vegan Country Gravy

Blend cashews with 1 cup water. When thoroughly blended add the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 4-6 minutes.
Pour into saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Tips:
Leave out the postum/pero and this becomes a delicious gluten free alternative.
