Carob Fudge Pie

This is a rich pie that is smooth and yummy.

  • Blend the maple syrup, Roma, vanilla, and tofu.
  • Melt the carob chips in a double saucepan and add ¼ cup boiling water.
  • Add the carob chips to the blender. Pour into graham cracker lines pie pan, or into foil cupcake lined cupcakes pans. Refrigerate, serve cold. May be frozen for a frozen treat.
