This is a rich pie that is smooth and yummy.
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp Roma or Postum
- 2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 box mori-nu silken tofu
- 2- 3 cups carob chips
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- Blend the maple syrup, Roma, vanilla, and tofu.
- Melt the carob chips in a double saucepan and add 1/4 cup boiling water.
- Add the carob chips to the blender. Pour into graham cracker lines pie pan, or into foil cupcake lined cupcakes pans. Refrigerate, serve cold. May be frozen for a frozen treat.
