Carob Fudge Pie
Ingredients
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp roma or postum
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 box mori-nu silken tofu
- 2-3 cups carob chips
- ¼ cup boiling water
Instructions
- Blend the maple syrup, Roma, vanilla, and tofu.
- Melt the carob chips in a double saucepan and add ¼ cup boiling water.
- Add the carob chips to the blender. Pour into graham cracker lines pie pan, or into foil cupcake lined cupcakes pans. Refrigerate, serve cold. May be frozen for a frozen treat.
