Sylvia's Yummy Vegan Olive Pesto

Olive Pesto Spread


  • 1 can finely chopped olives
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup dark, cold, pressed olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sweet basil


  • Mix all ingredients together in a small frying pan until the aroma smells wonderful.
  • Use on focaccia bread, on pasta or in a sandwich.


For a variation, add some chopped up dried tomato.
