Vegan Chicken Noodle Soup

There are lots of versions of this wonderful soup. This one uses garbanzos and carrots.

Ingredients:


  • 4 quarts water
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 4 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup Chicken-Style Seasoning
  • 3 cups dry noodles
  • 3 cups cooked garbanzos
  • 3 cups cooked carrots

Directions:


  1. Boil the water then add the onion powder, parsley, Chicken-Style Seasoning and noodles.
  2. Cook until noodles are soft, then add the garbanzos and carrots. Heat through and serve.

Tips:


Find gluten free noodles for a gluten free recipe.
