There are lots of versions of this wonderful soup. This one uses garbanzos and carrots.
- 4 quarts water
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 4 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/4 cup Chicken-Style Seasoning
- 3 cups dry noodles
- 3 cups cooked garbanzos
- 3 cups cooked carrots
- Boil the water then add the onion powder, parsley, Chicken-Style Seasoning and noodles.
- Cook until noodles are soft, then add the garbanzos and carrots. Heat through and serve.
