- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups whole green beans, ends trimmed.
- 1 Tbsp slivered garlic
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp salt, or to taste
- In a large skillet, heat the oil of high heat. Add the beans and garlic and cook stirring one minute.
- Add the lemon juice, water, and salt. Cook and stir until the water evaporates and the beans are soft about 4 minutes.
