Vegan Garlic Green Beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cup whole green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 tbsp slivered garlic
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- ⅛ tsp salt or to taste
- In a large skillet, heat the oil of high heat. Add the beans and garlic and cook stirring 1 minute.
- Add the lemon juice, water, and salt. Cook and stir until the water evaporates and the beans are soft about 4 minutes.
