Vegan Pasta Salad

Ingredients:


  • 2-3 cups uncooked pasta shapes of your choice
  • 2 large diced tomatoes
  • 3 quarters bell pepper finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped or sliced olives
  • 1-2 Tbsp Herbamare seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp sweet basil
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:


  1. Cook the pasta until it is soft though. (it shouldn’t be too chewy). Throw in the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve cold.
