Vegan Potato Corn Chowder

A nice light soup for those cooler springtime days. It’s so easy too!


  • 2 cups water
  • 3 cups soy milk
  • 2 Tbsp Chicken-Style Seasoning
  • 2 cups instant mashed potatoes
  • 1 small package frozen corn or one can (about 1 1/2 cups)


  1. Bring to a boil the water, milk, and seasoning.
  2. Add the mashed potatoes and corn.
  3. Bring to a boil and serve.


This is a fantastic recipe for those busy days! And it still tastes great!
