A nice light soup for those cooler springtime days. It’s so easy too!
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups soy milk
- 2 Tbsp Chicken-Style Seasoning
- 2 cups instant mashed potatoes
- 1 small package frozen corn or one can (about 1 1/2 cups)
- Bring to a boil the water, milk, and seasoning.
- Add the mashed potatoes and corn.
- Bring to a boil and serve.
This is a fantastic recipe for those busy days! And it still tastes great!
