- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 12-oz. can apple juice concentrate
- 1/4 tsp cardamom (optional)
- Mix together water and cornstarch.
- Add the apple juice concentrate and cardamom. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
If you prefer a glaze that is not so sweet, substitute water for half of the juice concentrate.
