- 2 cups quick rolled oats
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup fine, unsweetened coconut
- 2 cups applesauce or shredded fresh apples
- 2 3/4 cups water
- 1 Tbsp honey alternative
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and soak for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Bake at 350F in a covered casserole dish for 45-60 minutes.
VARIATIONS: Just before serving, fold in 1 cup of blueberries or blackberries.
