Apple-Oat Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cup quick rolled oats
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup fine, unsweetened coconut
- 2 cup applesauce or shredded fresh apples
- 2¾ cup water
- 1 tbsp honey alternative
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup raisins
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and soak for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Bake at 350°F in a covered casserole dish for 45-60 minutes.
