Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin ½ cup water 1 cup boiling water ⅔ cup honey alternative ½ cup slivered blanched almonds 19 oz silken tofu 1 tbsp vanilla ½ tsp salt 1½ cup mixture of ice cubes and cold water
Soak water and gelatin in a blender for several minutes. Add the boiling water and mix briefly. Add the honey, almonds, tofu and vanilla, salt and ice water. Liquefy all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into ice cream freezer.
