Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • cup honey alternative
  • ½ cup slivered blanched almonds
  • 19 oz silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cup mixture of ice cubes and cold water

Instructions
 

  • Soak water and gelatin in a blender for several minutes. Add the boiling water and mix briefly.
  • Add the honey, almonds, tofu and vanilla, salt and ice water.
  • Liquefy all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into ice cream freezer.
