Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unflavored vegan gelatin
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup boiling water
- ⅔ cup honey alternative
- ½ cup blanched slivered almonds
- 19 oz silken tofu
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cup mixture of ice cubes and cold water
Instructions
- Soak water and gelatin in a blender for several minutes. Add the boiling water and mix briefly.
- Add the honey, almonds, tofu and vanilla, salt and ice water.
- Liquefy all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into ice cream freezer.
