Vegan Butterscotch Sauce

This butterscotch sauce is so good it will fool anyone!


  • 1/3 cup honey alternative
  • 5/8 cup Sucanat
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp soy milk powder


  1. Boil honey, Sucanat, canola oil and salt until like heavy syrup.
  2. Cool about fifteen minutes and then add water and soy milk powder.


This is excellent for banana splits!
