- 1 can frozen juice concentrate with one can water
- 4-5 Tbsp tapioca (quick cook kind)
- 2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries etc.)
- 2 cup frozen or canned peaches or fruit cocktail
- Mix the juice and the tapioca and let stand for five minutes.
- Add the other ingredients and cook until boiling.
Serve over toast with sliced bananas and nut butters.
