Vegan Strawberry Apple Sauce
- 1 12-oz white grape juice concentrate, can
- ¼ cup water mixed with ¼ cup cornstarch
- 3-4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
- 6 cup unsweetened applesauce
- Place in large saucepan the white grape juice concentrate. Pour in the cornstarch water and cook until thickened.
- Add the frozen or fresh strawberries. Mash the strawberries as the sauce thickens.
- Add 6 cups unsweetened applesauce. Cool and serve.
