Vegan Strawberry Apple Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-oz white grape juice concentrate, can
  • ¼ cup water mixed with ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 3-4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
  • 6 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions
 

  • Place in large saucepan the white grape juice concentrate. Pour in the cornstarch water and cook until thickened.
  • Add the frozen or fresh strawberries. Mash the strawberries as the sauce thickens.
  • Add 6 cups unsweetened applesauce. Cool and serve.
