Vegan Lemon Yogurt Grapes
Ingredients
Liquify in blender:
- 1 12-oz silken tofu
- ½ 12-oz white grape juice concentrate, can
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup florida crystals
- ½ tbsp lemon zest
- 1½ tbsp potato flour
- 2 qt seedless grapes stemmed, rinsed, and dried
Instructions
- Liquefy in blender, all the ingredients, except the grapes. Pour into large bowl.
- Just before serving, add: 2 quarts (3 pounds) Thompson seedless grapes, stemmed, rinsed, and dried
