Vegan Lemon Yogurt Grapes

Ingredients:

  • Liquefy in blender:
  • 1 12-oz. boxes silken tofu
  • 1/2 12 oz can white grape juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Florida Crystals
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp potato flour
  • 2 quarts seedless grapes, stemmed, rinsed, and dried

Directions:

  1. Liquefy in blender, all the ingredients, except the grapes. Pour into large bowl.
  2. Just before serving, add: 2 quarts (3 pounds) Thompson seedless grapes, stemmed, rinsed, and dried
